Cooking instructions: BAKING: Preheat oven to 210°C. For best results bake from frozen. Place battered fish on an oven tray and spray lightly with oil and bake for 6-7 minutes each side. FRYING: 3-4 minutes at 180°C from frozen.Storage instructions: Keep frozen. Store below minus 18C.
