Doctor Gluten
Doctor Rodney Ford is also known as “Doctor Gluten” because of his expertise in diagnosing and looking after children (and adults) with The Gluten Syndrome. He graduated with honours from the University of New South Wales, Sydney in 1974. He is a paediatrician, a prolific author and an international professional speaker.
